Production Worker / Plastic Fabricator


  • Not an entry-level position; at least (2) years manufacturing/shop experience. Experience manufacturing plastics, wood, or composite materials preferred but not necessarily required

  • Experience using hand tools (sanders, grinders, hand routers, various sanding blocks, and measurement equipment [i.e. digital calipers])

  • Experience with shop equipment: panel saws/ table saws, etc. 3-Axis CNC Router experience preferred but absolutely not required

  • Knowledge of shop operations: assembly/ fabrication, heat-forming, crating/ packaging (finished, high value parts), material handling/ shipping & receiving (inventory processes)

  • Able to start work immediately (within 2 weeks); Availability to work 2nd Shift is REQUIRED

  • Physical capability to lift 60+ lbs. and work 8-10 hours on your feet

  • Sound judgment; Highly capable; Able to begin work with minimal training

  • Self-motivated, reliable, organized and willing to stay late/ work overtime when needed

  • Follows instructions closely, possesses good communication skills and knows when to ask questions

Job Duties:

  • Panel Saw/ Table Saw: staging and stacking raw materials weighing +/- 260lbs, cutting material to specific dimensions in specific quantities, palletizing completed parts and staging/disposing of offal materials

  • Crating/ Packaging: assisting QA in verifying parts and securely packaging & crating finished goods for shipment

  • Material Handling/ Shipping & Receiving: maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies into ‘stock’; recording location of inventory; moving parts both in-process and complete to appropriate staging areas

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and standard operation plans

  • Document actions by completing production and quality logs

  • Accomplish project objectives and maintain required output level


  • Salary will depend on experience and knowledge base

  • English is required as well as legal resident documentation; Bilingual is a +

  • Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean record
